Northern Illinois Conference has moved to five Districts (end of 2021). Our District United Women in Faith Presidents are:
- Lake North District – Fay Bennett
- Lake South District – Wendy Miller
- Prairie Central District – Betty Erickson
- Prairie North District – Karen Andrus
- Prairie South District – Gail Helland
